Accept-Reject Limits for Condoms

Important Notes:
1)	The sample passes if the # of defective condoms is less than or equal to the Accept Limit
2)	The sample fails if the # of defective condoms is greater than or equal to the Reject Limit
3)	The sample will require an additional "step" of testing if the # of defective condoms is between the Accept Limit and the Reject Limit (the next step has different Accept/Reject parameters)
4)	Each additional step is billed as a separate sample, according to the prices below
